Edmonton's suburban southeast sector is generally bounded by 34 Street and Sherwood Park Freeway (Highway 100) to the northeast, Anthony Henday Drive (Strathcona County) to the east, 41 Avenue SW (Leduc County) to the south, Gateway Boulevard (Highway 2) to the west, and 63 Avenue/Argyll Road to the northwest. Its northern boundary is formed by portions of 75 Street, 76 Avenue, 71 Street, 82 Avenue, 50 Street and 101 Avenue.
Ellerslie is the southwest portion of the southeast sector of Edmonton. It has five neighbourhoods: Ellerslie, Ellerslie Industrial, Future Ellerslie Neighbourhood, Summerside and The Orchards.
The Meadows is the eastern part of this sector with its seven neighbourhoods. They are: Aster, Larkspur, Laurel, Maple, Silver-Berry, Tamarack and Wild Rose.
The area is located in the central portion of the south east. It has the largest amount of neighbourhoods with a whopping twenty-four, they are: Bisset, Crawford-Plains, Daly-Grove, Ekota, Greenview, Hillview, Jackson-Heights, Kameyosek, Kiniski-Gardens, Lee-Ridge, Menisa, Meyokumin, Meyonohk, Michaels-Park, Mill Woods Town Centre, Minchau, Pollard-Meadows, Richfield, Sakaw, Satoo, Tawa, Tipaskan, Tweddle-Place and Weinlos.
This is the southern most point of the southeast sector. This comprises of three neighbourhoods: Charlesworth, Mattson and Walker.
